  • Understanding of the concept of Information Quality - what does it mean and how it is understood in organizations and communities
  • Developing sound and systematic ways of measuring IQ
  • Synthesizing knowledge and the ways IQ measurements can be aggregated at different levels, different dimensions and from different contents
  • Understanding of IQ dynamics - how IQ change over time, what causes the change and how it can be modeled,
  • Developing/identifying effective intervention strategies for different classes/types of IQ problems.
